For churches
A home for every small group at your church.
Each of your groups gets its own private space, set up by its own leader in about five minutes. Your church does not have to adopt anything centrally, and nobody needs a training course.
Built around the group, not the whole church
Kingdom Groups is not church management software. It holds what a group needs between meetings: the study, the prayer list, the next gathering, the photos, and the conversation. Your men's group, women's group, young adults, and home groups each get a home of their own, and members only ever see their own group.
A leader who serves in more than one group switches between them with a tap. Each group is its own $10 a month, so a church can start with the groups that want it.
What each group gets
- StudiesRun the curriculum or book you already use, or pick a book of the Bible and the sessions plan themselves, every chapter with an overview, discussion questions, takeaways, and key verses.
- MeetingsRSVPs for each meeting and attendance in a tap, with guests remembered.
- PrayerRequests, updates, and answered prayers, kept where the group can see them.
- EventsGatherings with RSVPs, reminders, and spots left, so nobody chases a headcount.
- ChatConversation with photos and reactions, plus a shared verse, a daily devotional link, and a daily study question.
- GalleryThe group's photos and albums in one place.
Leaders who need structure without a course
Most small group leaders are volunteers. A leader can pick a book of the Bible and the sessions plan themselves, with a prepared study for every chapter, and the plan reflows when the group falls behind. Leaders who already have a curriculum bring it instead.
Gentle attendance trends help a leader notice who has not been around, so a check-in never slips their mind. There are no scores or leaderboards.
Questions people ask
- Is Kingdom Groups church management software?
- No. It is not a member database, a giving platform, or a church-wide system. It gives each group its own home, and it works alongside whatever your church already uses.
- Do we have to roll it out to every group?
- No. Each group is set up by its own leader and billed on its own, so one group can start this week and others can follow when they want to.
- How much does it cost?
- $10 a month per group, for the whole group, with every feature and unlimited members. The first 30 days are free with no card, and you can cancel anytime. A paused group's content is kept for at least 6 months, with two email reminders before anything is removed.
- Can a group have a public page?
- A group can turn on an optional public page with what it is about, when it meets, and the general area. The leader shares the link anywhere, and the page is listed in the site's Find a group directory. Exact addresses are never public.
