Kingdom Groups
Effective July 16, 2026
Kingdom Groups is first and foremost a platform for private, invitation-based Bible study groups. What happens inside your group — conversations, prayers, photos, studies — is your group’s space, and group leaders are responsible for the content and conduct within their own groups.
Kingdom Groups moderates the public-facing parts of the platform: group listings, public events and serving opportunities, and community-share submissions. We reserve the right to remove public content, reject submissions, or suspend accounts when necessary to enforce these guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
When a group chooses to be publicly discoverable, its listing and public events should:
Groups on the Community Plan (and paid groups earning a courtesy free month) share one authentic social post per month about their group’s life on Kingdom Groups. Great shares are simply real: a photo from your study night, something the group is learning, a serving day story — in your own words, on whatever platform you already use.
Submissions should be:
Submissions are reviewed against these guidelines. Kingdom Groups may approve or reject any submission at its sole discretion; rejected submissions do not qualify for Community Plan credit or a free month. A rejection is never a penalty — you always get a fresh window to share another post, with the reviewer’s note explaining what to adjust.
Every public listing and public event page has a report link. Reports go directly to the platform team, and we review each one. Reporting exists for public content only — the private life of a group is led by its leaders, and members with a concern inside their group should talk with their leader or contact us at support@kingdomgroups.org.
Depending on severity, we may reach out to a group’s leader, remove content from public discovery, reject a submission, or suspend a group’s account. We aim to be light-handed and human about it: most issues are honest mistakes, and a conversation fixes them. Suspended groups can always contact us at support@kingdomgroups.org — data is never deleted as part of a suspension.
