Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider).

Group content: what you and your group post: studies, prayer requests, comments, messages, events, RSVPs, and photos. This content is private to your group.

Usage and device data: last-active timestamps, notification preferences, and push notification tokens for the devices where you enable notifications. We also collect error reports to keep the Service working reliably, and aggregate page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you; links that carry a private token (invites, unsubscribe and password-reset links) are stripped of it before anything is counted.

Billing:payments are processed by Stripe. We store your group’s subscription status and Stripe identifiers; we never see or store card numbers.

We use your information solely to operate the Service: showing your group its shared content, sending the notifications you opt into, processing subscriptions, preventing abuse, and fixing problems. We do not sell your data, serve ads, or use your group’s content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Content you post is visible to members of the group you posted it in. Group admins can manage membership and see member activity status. Platform operators can access data only as needed to run and support the Service. We never share group content with other groups or outside parties, except as required by law.

If a group opts into public discovery, only its listing fields and any events it explicitly makes public are visible outside the group. When someone submits an inquiry or a content report on a public page, we collect what they provide (name, email, message) plus a hashed IP address used solely for abuse prevention; inquiries go to that group’s leaders, and reports go only to the platform team.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting and cookieless page-view analytics), Stripe (payments), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Your content is retained while your group is active. If a group’s plan lapses, the group is paused and its content is kept for at least 6 months, so nothing is lost if the group returns. A group that stays paused, and that nobody in it opens for 6 months, is permanently deleted with its content; every admin is emailed a month and a week beforehand, and anyone in the group opening the app keeps it. A group’s primary admin can clear its content at any time from the app. You can request deletion of your account, or a primary admin can request deletion of an entire group, by contacting us. We will delete the associated data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes (including a record that a group existed and was deleted).

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Data is protected with row-level access controls that isolate each group’s content. No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that group data is private by default and inaccessible across group boundaries.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

To introduce Kingdom Groups to leaders of Christian groups, we may collect publicly listed professional contact details (a name, a role, a work email address, and the organization’s website) from an organization’s own public pages, and write to those leaders once. We do this as legitimate business outreach.

Every such email carries our postal address and two one-click ways out: stop writing to you, or stop writing to anyone at your organization. Both are honored permanently. We never buy lists, never guess addresses, and never send to anyone who has asked us not to. This outreach data is kept apart from member data and is never merged with it or sold.
