Terms of Service

Kingdom Groups is a private group platform for Bible study communities: shared studies, prayer requests, events, messages, photos, and related features (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Access is by invitation from a group leader. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Each group has a primary admin who manages membership and billing for that group.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.

Groups begin with a 30-day free trial, no payment method required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (currently $10 per month per group), billed to the group’s primary admin through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. If payment fails or a subscription lapses, the group’s access is paused after a grace period — the group’s content is retained and access is restored when billing resumes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

Community Plan.As an alternative to the paid subscription, a group may use the Service free of charge by sharing one public social media post per calendar month about the group’s use of Kingdom Groups and submitting the post’s link in the app. Posts are the group’s own words on the platform of its choice. If a monthly post is not submitted by the end of a short grace period, the group’s access is paused (never charged) until a post is submitted or a subscription begins. Paid groups may also submit a monthly post to receive a courtesy free month, subject to reasonable limits. We may adjust or discontinue these programs with notice; content is never deleted for non-participation.

Community Plan and free-month submissions are reviewed against our Community Guidelines. Kingdom Groups may approve or reject any submission at its sole discretion; rejected submissions do not qualify for Community Plan credit or a free month, and the group is given a fresh window to submit another post before any pause takes effect.

You keep ownership of everything you post — studies, prayers, messages, photos. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you and your group. Content shared within a group is visible to that group’s members.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful, and not to misuse the Service (no attempts to breach security, scrape other groups’ data, or disrupt operation). We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Kingdom Groups is primarily a platform for private, invitation-based groups. Group leaders are responsible for moderating the content and conduct within their own groups. Kingdom Groups does not monitor private group content.

Content a group chooses to make public — discovery listings, public events and serving opportunities, and community-share submissions — must follow our Community Guidelines. Kingdom Groups reserves the right to moderate public-facing platform content and to intervene where necessary to enforce platform policies or applicable law, including removing content from public discovery, rejecting submissions, and suspending or disabling accounts. Public listing and event pages provide a way to report content that violates these terms.

The Service may link to third-party resources such as Bible texts and devotional content from external ministries. Those resources belong to their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. A group’s primary admin may request deletion of the group and its data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms. Lapsed groups are retained in a paused state; we do not automatically delete them.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
