Inviting members

1. 1Go to Admin → Members and open Invites.
2. 2Choose One person for a link only they can use, or Anyone with link for a link several people can sign up with, like one you post in a group text.
3. 3Give it a name. For one person you can add their email too, and Kingdom Groups emails them the invite; without an email, they enter theirs when they sign up and confirm it from their inbox before they join.
4. 4Pick when the link expires, or Never, then copy the link and share it.

You can have as many invites active as you like. Delete one at any time and its link stops working; anyone who already joined with it stays in the group. To make someone an admin, open Members after they join and choose Make Admin.

People who already have a Kingdom Groups account (from another group) can accept your invite and simply switch between groups, they don’t need a second account.

• Members can do everything social: chat, pray, RSVP, post photos, read the study.
• Admins can also invite people, create studies and events, take attendance, and change group settings.

In Admin → Members you can archive someone who has moved on. Archiving is gentle and reversible. Nothing they wrote is deleted, and you can restore them anytime.

To reuse a group for something new, the primary admin can clear it at the bottom of Admin → Customize: every message, prayer request, event, study, photo, verse, guest and invite is deleted, and you can choose to remove the members too. The group, its plan, settings and listing stay. You type the group’s name to confirm, it cannot be undone, and every admin is emailed.

To delete a group entirely, the primary admin can write to support@kingdomgroups.org. We delete it and email its admins when it is done.
