Billing & the Community Plan

A missed payment shows a gentle banner while it retries, you’re not locked out. If a subscription fully lapses the group pauses. Everything in it is kept, and it all returns the moment billing is sorted.

A paused group is kept for at least 6 months. If it is still paused and nobody in it has opened Kingdom Groups for 6 months, the group and everything in it are permanently deleted. Every admin gets an email a month before and again a week before, with the date.

To keep it, anyone in the group just opens the app before that date; that starts the 6 months over. Choosing a plan or the free Community Plan takes it off the schedule entirely. A group on a plan is never deleted this way.
