Meetings keep the rhythm. Set them once and the group always knows when and where you’re next together.

Set your meeting schedule

1When you create or edit a study, open the meeting editor.
2Add one or more meeting days with a time and place (a home, a church room, or a video link).
3Choose same every week for a steady rhythm, or set per-week details when a week is different.

The Home screen shows the next meeting at the top, so nobody has to go digging.

Members RSVP going, maybe, or can’t, and everyone sees the count.
Anyone can add the meeting to their calendar with one tap (“Add to calendar”).
As an admin, take attendance for a meeting — including a guest who came along, whom you can later invite to join.

Attendance feeds your Insights (Admin → Insights) so you can see how gathering is going over time — a pastoral view, never a scoreboard.
